Terms of Service

We provide consultancy and handling for travel tours, visa and immigration, business set-up and concierge services. Tours, prices and descriptions on this website are for reference only and do not constitute an offer; the final scope of service is governed by written confirmation between both parties.

Submissions through the form or any channel are an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is formed only after we confirm the itinerary and price in writing and you have paid the agreed deposit or full amount.

Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change due to supplier adjustments, exchange rates, government fees or policy changes; the final confirmation prevails. Deposit and payment terms are agreed per project.

Cancellations and refunds follow the terms of each supplier (airlines, hotels, local operators, visa and government authorities). Government fees, issued air tickets and submitted visa applications are generally non-refundable. The booking confirmation prevails.

We assist in preparing and submitting documents, but approval of visa and immigration applications rests with the relevant Philippine government authorities; we cannot guarantee the outcome. Government fees are official charges, separate from our service fee.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our control, such as typhoons, severe weather, flight delays or cancellations, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or government policy changes. We recommend you take out travel insurance.

Services provided by third-party suppliers are their own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you have paid us for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from this website or our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
