We arrange courier both ways, prepare packing and customs paperwork, receive and forward items on your behalf, and track every shipment, stepping in ourselves if something goes wrong.

- A local receiving address for items sent from China, then handover or onward shipping;
- Same-city urgent document delivery;
- Liaison when a parcel is held or additional documentation is requested.
How to arrange
Send the item type, weight or dimensions, and both addresses. We come back with workable routes and transit times, arrange pickup or a handover point once confirmed, and give you the tracking number.
Note
Transit times, permitted categories and duties follow the carrier's and customs' prevailing rules. We do not handle prohibited or controlled goods.
