逾期 6 個月以內在受理窗口常規補繳；6 個月零 1 天到 12 個月要移民監管處處長批准並附公證説明；更久的要報更高層級並走複議動議。層級越高越要先算清罰金和材料再去，別空手到窗口被動處理。

簽證快到期，想繼續留

滿 59 天后每次可延 1 到 2 個月，超過 59 天要同時持 ACR I-Card；需簽證國民累計停留有上限，撞上限要走複議動議。先看你離上限還有多遠，再定延幾次、什麼時候換身份。

Which situation are you in?

I have already overstayed

Up to 6 months is settled at the counter; 6 months and 1 day to 12 months needs approval from the Chief of the IRD plus a notarized explanation; longer cases go up another level with a motion for reconsideration. The higher the level, the more it pays to know the fines and papers before you walk in.

My visa is expiring and I want to stay

After 59 days you extend 1 or 2 months at a time and must hold an ACR I-Card; visa-required nationals have a total-stay ceiling that triggers a motion for reconsideration. We check how far you are from that ceiling before deciding how many extensions make sense.

I want to stay long-term

A 9G needs an employer and an AEP first; a 13A needs a Filipino spouse plus proof of residence and finances; SRRV deposit tiers depend on age and pension. The three paths differ a lot in time and cost, so choose the path before spending.

How fees work

Fees differ by immigration office

The same item can cost differently at the main office, regional offices and the express lane, and schedules change with announcements. Any price list online is a reference, never a basis.

A breakdown for your case

Overstay length, visa type, ACR I-Card status and express lane all change the total. After the assessment we give you a breakdown computed for your situation.

Government fees and service fee, separately

Government fees are paid at the Bureau counter under your name; our service fee is listed separately on the quote before you sign.

We assess how the fines and back fees are built up, which approval level your case reaches, blacklist risk, and whether an ECC is needed before you leave.

Can a tourist visa become a work visa?

A 9G needs an employer and an AEP first. We check whether your employer, role and time in the country meet the conditions.

13A marriage visa eligibility

Married to a Filipino citizen? We verify the marriage record, proof of residence and financial proof before setting a timeline.

No. YIXING TRAVEL CONSULTANCY INC. (SEC Reg. No. CS202009551) is a private consultancy in Makati with no affiliation to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration. All visa decisions are made by the Bureau, and government fees follow its official schedule.

Is the consultation paid?＋

The first assessment is free. A written plan or in-depth consultation is quoted first and starts only after you confirm.

My visa expired a long time ago. Can I still ask?＋

Yes. The longer the overstay, the more important it is to assess before acting rather than walking into the Bureau unprepared.

Which languages do you consult in?＋

Chinese, English and Filipino.

Can I consult from outside Manila?＋

Nag-overstay na ako

Hanggang 6 na buwan, sa counter na inaayos; 6 na buwan at 1 araw hanggang 12 buwan, kailangan ng approval ng Chief ng IRD at notarized na paliwanag; mas matagal pa, aakyat sa mas mataas na antas na may motion for reconsideration. Magkaiba ang singil bawat opisina

Puwedeng magkaiba ang parehong item sa main office, regional offices at express lane, at nagbabago ayon sa abiso. Sanggunian lang ang anumang price list online, hindi batayan.

Breakdown ayon sa kaso mo

Tagal ng overstay, uri ng visa, ACR I-Card at express lane ay nagbabago sa kabuuan. Pagkatapos ng assessment, bibigyan ka ng breakdown para sa sitwasyon mo.

Hiwalay ang government fees at service fee

Binabayaran ang government fees sa counter ng Bureau sa pangalan mo; nakahiwalay ang service fee namin sa quote bago ka pumirma.

Walang nakalistang halaga sa pahinang ito para walang malinlang. Ipadala ang sitwasyon mo sa team at makakakuha ka ng breakdown ayon sa kaso pagkatapos ng assessment.

Ano ang malilinaw sa konsultasyon

Nag-overstay ako, ano na?

Sinusuri kung paano nabubuo ang multa at back fees, hanggang saang antas aakyat ang kaso, panganib ng blacklist, at kung kailangan ng ECC bago umalis.

Puwede bang maging work visa ang tourist visa?

Kailangan ng 9G ng employer at AEP muna. Tinitingnan kung pasok ang employer, posisyon at tagal mo sa bansa.

13A marriage visa

Kasal sa Pilipino? Tinitiyak muna ang marriage record, patunay ng tirahan at pinansyal bago magtakda ng timeline.

SRRV retirement residency

May deposit tiers depende sa edad at pensyon. Aalamin kung alin ang bagay sa iyo at magkano ang ihahanda.

Downgrade at ECC

Matatapos ang work visa, nag-resign, o na-downgrade: kailangan ba ng ECC, kailan, at saang opisina.
