The Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) is a permanent residency visa issued by the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA): no stay requirement, free entry and exit, and you may include your spouse and minor children. Yixing handles the entire process end-to-end — notarization & apostille, entry, remittance and green-card collection. You prepare your ID documents; we do the rest.
Deposit tiers (official policy)
The official fixed-deposit amount depends on your age and whether you have a monthly pension:
Age 50 and above
With monthly pension (≥US$800 single / ≥US$1,000 with dependent): deposit US$15,000
Without monthly pension: deposit US$30,000
Age 40–49
With monthly pension (≥US$800 single / ≥US$1,000 with dependent): deposit US$25,000
Without monthly pension: deposit US$50,000
* A principal applicant bringing a spouse + one unmarried child under 21, or two minor children, needs no extra deposit; beyond that, each additional unmarried child under 21 adds US$15,000.
Required documents
- Birth certificate — notarized + apostille
- National ID — notarized + apostille
- Social-security / retirement proof — notarized + apostille
- Police clearance — notarized + apostille
- Spouse (dependent): marriage certificate + spouse police clearance, notarized + apostille
- Child under 21 (dependent): birth certificate notarized + apostille (over 18 also needs own police clearance)

* If you have already stayed in the Philippines for 6 months, a local NBI clearance is also required. Applicants with adverse records (e.g. prior POGO / IGL gaming work) are not accepted; if concealed and later rejected, the application fee is non-refundable. Passport, visa and notarization/apostille costs are not included in Yixing's service fee.
Government fees (official, not Yixing's service fee)
The following are fees set by the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) — shown transparently for your reference:
- Application fee: US$1,500 principal; US$300 per dependent
- Annual ID fee: US$360 / year / household (up to 2 years, US$720 total)
- The deposit goes to the PRA's dedicated DBP account; Yixing guides you one-on-one on the exact remittance details and reference format.
Process
- Prepare documents; verify notarization & apostille
- Guide the remittance to the DBP government account
- Arrange the Philippine tourist entry visa
- Client entry: medical exam / interview / submission
- Visa approved — collect the green card and take the oath
