APECO Green Card/ASRV Amnesty Application Requirements
1. Applicants must be at least 21 years old;
2. Original passport;
3. Philippine Criminal Record Check (NBI CLEARANCE);
4. You can apply even if you are abroad!
Required materials
1. Original passport
2. Marriage certificate notarization & authentication (if spouse is included);
3. notarization & authentication of children's birth certificates (if children are present);
4. Six 1x1-inch photos and twelve 2x2-inch photos.
5. Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) NBI clearance;
6. Filling in basic information on the application form
Processing time: 2 weeks for overseas processing, 2-3 weeks for inbound processing within China
